The work done on our first bathroom by the team of: Ramon, Sam and Jorge was excellent! They were kind, informative, friendly and professional. They removed any concerns and worries about the process.
Talked with Corey about a new shower conversation in place of our bathtub. We have a small mobile home. Although planning for such an under taking at almost 80yrs old we are unable to meet the price point that we have on our small social security payments. Corey truly was understanding and very professional in his line of expertise. We were very comfortable with him in our home.
We just spent 2 days with Jorge and Uriel, and are so happy with the work they did for us! Our remodel was a bit more than just replacing a shower and tub, and they were great in consulting and keeping us informed throughout the project. When we needed to make decisions, their suggestions showed their expertise and experience. We are pleased we went with USA Showers!
Steve was great and on time. He asked many questions and made suggestions based on our answers. Update on installation, team arrived on time, were very attentive to my elderly mother’s needs, and were extremely courteous. Jorge R, Cordell and Ryan did a stand up job! Angie from the office kept the communication going and she’s extremely sweet. This company is all about customer service and providing an excellent product.
